"Sent the wrong magazine"
I got my order, but it wasn’t the magazine issue I actually ordered. Even the packing slip didn’t match, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. When I tried to sort it out, I felt more like a ticket number than a customer. Disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Good magazine, but canceling felt risky and frustrating"
I actually enjoyed the magazine itself, but dealing with the subscription was a headache. I’m careful about anything that can auto-renew or keep charging my card, so it was frustrating that I couldn’t find a clear way to cancel or even change my plan. The account page just kept sending me in circles.
I ended up emailing support and waited longer than I expected, but I still got charged again in the meantime. Maybe other people have an easier time with it, but for me it felt messy and a little too easy to get stuck paying for something longer than planned.

"Refund process turned into a whole ordeal"
I accidentally ordered the wrong magazine issue and emailed them the same day asking to cancel. At first I figured, no big deal, mistakes happen and it should be easy enough to sort out. Then days went by with no reply, and when they finally answered, they just said it had already been processed.

I sent it back unopened and followed the return instructions exactly, thinking that would be the end of it. But nope, the refund still didn’t show up. I had to keep chasing them, and the replies I got were short and not very helpful.
i started out calm about the whole thing, but by the end I was really annoyed. Maybe the magazine itself is perfectly fine, but trying to get a simple refund was way more stressful than it needed to be.

My first impression wasn’t the best, honestly. I really do like the magazine itself, but when I had a subscription issue and reached out by email, it took several days before I got a proper response.
By the time they replied, it kind of felt like they hadn’t fully read what I’d written. It did get sorted eventually, but the whole thing was more of a hassle than I expected

"Hard for Me to Get Through"
I tried reading a few articles, but the writing was just hard for me to follow. Compared to other sites I usually read, this felt a lot more awkward and less natural. Some sentences seemed to drag on, and I kept having to reread parts to understand what they were trying to say

I was charged, but my main issue isn’t about updates or anything like that. The articles just didn’t have much depth for me. The analysis felt surface-level, and I was hoping for something with more detail and insight.

This just didn’t feel worth the money to me. The content was fine, but for the price I expected a lot more. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help and feeling like I was stuck in a support loop, getting passed around without a clear answer. I’m not planning to renew.

i gave it a fair shot, but some of the articles just felt kind of sloppy and one-sided. after a while, it was hard for me to trust the editorial choices, so i ended up stopping reading

I tried reading a few articles, but the site was kind of a pain to use. The pages felt cluttered, the menus weren’t very obvious, and I’m sure I spent more time trying to find stuff than actually reading. After a while I just gave up. Not the best experience, at least for me.

"Digital access was, somehow, the hard part"
I paid for digital access thinking I’d be able to, you know, actually read the magazine. Instead, the login kept sending me in circles, the pages loaded like they were doing me a favor, and I still couldn’t get to the issue I wanted. I tried on both my phone and laptop, because apparently I enjoy troubleshooting in my free time, and it was the same problem on both. Support did reply, which was nice in theory, but not especially useful in practice. Frustrating when the magazine was literally the only thing I was trying to access...

"Pretty slim selection"
I’ll be honest, I kind of knew within a minute this wasn’t going to be the spot for me. I was expecting a better mix of gridiron gear, but the selection felt really picked over, and the sizes were all over the place.

A couple things looked decent, but not enough to make me stick around or order anything. If you just need something basic, it might work, but my snap judgment was that it wasn’t worth it for what I was looking for.

I was a bit let down by my copy. The photos looked darker and grainier than I expected, and a few pages had faded ink, almost like the printer was running low or something. I guess for the price, I was just hoping it would look sharper. Not really thrilled with it.

It showed up all bent, which was frustrating. I don’t know if it happened during shipping or if the packaging just wasn’t sturdy enough, but either way, not great. I was excited to open it and then immediately noticed the damage

I’m still waiting on my order, and the delivery has been a mess again. I get that things happen, and maybe I should’ve planned ahead a bit more, but it’s frustrating when you’re expecting something and it just doesn’t show up.

There just wasn’t much here worth spending time on. The articles felt thin, rushed, and like they were put together without much thought. If you’re looking for something with real depth or useful information, I’d be careful before wasting your time on this.
